International Postal Rates incorrect under Amazon Buy Shipping
For first class mail international (package), Israel is country price group 8, however Amazon is showing rates for country price group 4. For priority mail international flat-rate, the country price group is 4, however Amazon is showing rates for country price group 7.
Our 3rd party shipping software (Dazzle) is showing the correct rates to Israel, so these are clearly Amazon errors. In this particular case, the shipping rate is LESS via Amazon due to the error, so we'll take a chance instead of using Dazzle. (The opposite would be true if the package were just a bit heavier.)
I created a case (14963096401) to let Amazon know, but I'm curious if anyone else has seen this occur. We get SO FEW international orders for books on Amazon these days ...
