The customer submitted a return request more than 40 days after the purchase date, which exceeds Amazon's stated 30-day return window. Based on this, I closed the request in accordance with your return policy. However, the subsequent approval of the A-to-Z claim despite this clear policy guideline has negatively impacted my Order Defect Rate (ODR).
This situation appears to disregard the timeframe outlined by Amazon itself. It raises concerns about the consistency and fairness of claim decisions—particularly when sellers are held accountable despite following the rules.
I kindly ask that you review this case once more and consider reversing the decision, as it seems to contradict the stated return policy.
