Request authorization to sell within a category
I’m a new seller and will be selling in the tea subcategory.
I understand that it’s under the Gourmet Foods/Groceries category which requires authorization from Amazon.
I have trouble finding where I can apply for the authorization. I watched the “Add a New Product” video on Sellers’ Central, and it shows that I have to go Add a new product, and then browse the product catogories to apply. However, the video may be outdated as I don’t see the option shown when I go to Add a Product. It takes me straight to the product listing page where I create a new listing from scratch.
Please help me find where I can request for authorization to sell under a specific category. Thanks.
