How long does it take Amazon to Issue a Refund?
I issued a refund a couple of days ago and it still hasn't been processed. Does anyone have a rule of thumb on how long it generally takes before the buyer sees the refund? I opened a case to try to find out and got the usual bot answer.

Being that I do not know the answer, I would suggest a different approach.
Refunds, in other platforms, take 48-72 hours to process. I would suggest telling this customer that it will take 5 business days to overshoot the estimated day.
If the customer continues to message you claiming that they have not received a refund, I would find that very suspicious.
I would remind the customer that you have no control over Amazon operations and that you have gladly authorized the refund already. I would continue to remind the customer to message Amazon directly to see what happened to the refund. It could be an issue with their bank.

Hi @Seller_5TStcSQLtx1tY,
Tatiana from Amazon here. I just wanted to add on to the information @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv provided and offer some further guidance.
Depending on the buyer's payment method, refunds may take 3-5 days to process. If it has been more than 5 days, then I would direct the buyer to reach out to Amazon customer service directly. You do not need to process an additional return for them.
The second note at the bottom of this help page talks about refund processing time.
Let me know if you have questions!
