When i click on my seller profile it saysYour account has been deactivated Please click "Reactivate Your Account" below to resume selling Reactivate Your Account when i click on reactivate your account it takes me to the account health page with a yellow button thats says reactivate accountClicking on this takes me to a page which says Reactivate your accountYou must successfully address all issues below to qualify for account reactivation. Are you a registered business / sole trader?
So as those screenshots say, you need to be registered as a business/sole trader as presumably you have been selling items for a profit and therefore are not an 'individual'
