Request for Assistance with Displaying Customer Feedback on Amazon.com
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I can see customer feedback and ratings in my Seller Central account. However, they are not visible on the Amazon.com website. I would like the feedback from my Seller Central to be visible to other customers on the Amazon.com site.
"I contacted US Amazon and received some recommendations. Among them was to check if 'Display Customer Reviews' setting is enabled in Seller Central. I went to Settings > Account Info > Display Customer Reviews to toggle it on, but 'Display Customer Reviews' option is not visible in my account. Also, if anyone has resolved the issue of scattered ratings like mine, I would like to know the solution."

For example -- in a list of offerings for books, all the seller names display their feedback rating and total next to the name. Clicking on seller name takes the buyer to a page where they can pursue the feedback and read it they wish.
Seller feedback is never displayed on the detail page, nor should it be.
