I have received debit note for weight descrepancy from last three months Jan, Feb and March. Our product is only 470 gms which is in the slab 0- 500 gm. But have sent debit note for the wight in the rage of 501-1000 gm. I have submitted image proofs in claw back form , but regret to say that no action has been taken. Seller support is farce. This is like amazon is pick pocketing our earnings from back door. Please provide any proof of wifght measuring more than 500 gms or either by dimensions. Amazon lowered its shipping fee, but debiting the same from back door.

Please help, else I will be forced to close the account on Amazon
