Amazon Compliance Case Under Review for over a month

Hi,

My ccompliance case (case id 16969857541) has been under review for over a month now. It is extremely stressful that even after submitting all the required documents the case appears to be under review and I keep getting compliance emails stating that the products are under review and I should add documents, but when I go on the compliance tab, it says I have submitted the documents and the result is pending. I have been selling items and have payments that are on hold because the decision of the case is not being made. Please help me in getting this fixed.

They should get back to you within the next few business days.   • CASE ID ending in 2261
  • CASE ID ending in 1621
  • CASE ID ending in 1831
  • CASE ID ending in 0851

Please submit that information through the Manage Your Compliance dashboard like you previously did. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions regarding the outcome of the case. Have a lovely rest of the week.
