Extended delivery time for 4.62%

Hello,

i have been selling on amazon for 6 months.
my delivery time has increased by 2 weeks.

my delivery time was Based on the courier i selected (RM/Hermes) and in the shipping settings it would say ‘handled by amazon’
i have changed this back to manual now (2-3 days) to make sure that was not the issue.

my account performance is reasonable, but i marked 3 late, and that has resulted in 4.62% on late dispatch (in the last 10 days).

is that when amazon changes the delivery time? as soon as you jump over 4%?
and does it go back as soon as you fall below?

this delivery time is decimating my sales, really bad.

Thanks Guys.

No , whilst the late despatch rate isn’t brilliant, other factors can extend delivery dates including amazon themselves changing it to factor in courier delays in your and the buyers areas

Hello @Crafts_n_Custom,

This is Ash and would help with your questions.

From the post above, I understand that you have concerns on Late dispatch rate which is more than 4 %.

The Late Shipment Rate (LSR) is all orders with a ship confirmation that is completed after the expected ship date as a percentage of total orders over both a 10-day or 30-day period. LSR only applies to seller-fulfilled orders.

It’s important to confirm the shipment of orders by the expected ship date so that customers can see the status of their shipped orders online.

By clicking here you can download the Late Dispatch Rate report.

Please keep us posted, the forums community and I, are here to assist you with your concerns.

Regards,

Ash.

There have been multiple threads about the extended delivery times shown which have impacted many sellers. My metrics were all fine but it was only this morning my delivery times finally went to normal.

Many of us tried changing settings but for most nothing worked.
