Error 5461- Disney - amazon keep changing its own decision

In short...an approval was given for DISNEY for same manufacturer and same EAN seriese before 20 days.

Yesterday it started again and I was asked to start SQ application again.

It was one of the simplest error to get approval from but lately seller support randomly approves and disappove with totally irrelavant answer like EAN exemption, brand ean association 5665 error and so on.

Following amazon's requirement to the point for the error and cant understand how amazon can not only change its own decision but autocratically blocks seller to list an item on amazon.

I feel there is some massive changeover is going on with the amazon's system and with limited resources seller support is unable to sort the issue and keep closing case with whatever options available to them.

I hope some of the mods can help me with this.

I hope someone from following can help me on the matter as they did in the past.
