Not sure what to make of this message
First off i would recomend you list the actual product and proper coulers of this item -
I have received one and the packaging was damaged i do have cctv on our property so can proove that - i have cctv inside and out -
the bag along the top of it was open - which was mentioned to the courier who said it ok u got the package and got back in van n drove off - i would of signed it damaged -
its very light isnt it - in terms of couler -
Its also very thin - im yet to use it - but its meant to be a mink blanket
i have one - can you let me know why you did not send too and why the packaging was damaged please!
can you please let me know when my other is going to be arriving - one is for me one is for gift.
lovely horse’s though - i certainly wouldn’t class as mink blanket as a mink is certainly thicker - its more of a fleece -
i await my 2nd blanket and your response to the couler etc… which is not mentioned or shown in the picture - mine is very light in couler - i only have one so can not compare it to another - only your online photograph - which is not of the orignal item - as this item i have is more LIGHTER A LOT lighter than the picture -
I do like the fleece though i am yet to use it - i was looking to purchase more - i just have questions at this stage -
I am requesting my TWO blankets not one - as i paid for too
I am requesting you answer the very brief questions about this item please.
I was going to be looking at purchasing maybe another 5 dependant on what type of deal we can come up with “later on” the fleece needs to be tested as its not a mink blanket -
in testing it needs to be machine washable and not shrink
needs to have the original UK markings on the label which i have not seen
And needs to be answered questions thats been asked about your product.
Mainly please let me know about my other - i dont see why you didnt send the two together.
And please let me know what your doing about the couler and description -
As mentioned i am looking to purchase more from you but in bulk if we can do a deal and if the fleeces check out.

Both items were sent in the same package. From what you are saying it looks like one item may have come loose and fallen out though we do ensure out throws are packed tightly into the packaging to prevent this.
Could you kindly attach a picture of the item and the packaging to assist me in placing a claim with the courier. As soon as you provide pictures I will work to get this matter resolved to your satisfaction.

She threw away the packaging. Whenever this has happened previously (once every 6 months or so) the customer has always gone to the effort of taking a picture of the item and damaged packaging and sent to me to evidence what has occurred.

Why is she talking about mink on the one hand as a material (when she says not thick enough) but on the other is talking about it as a colour, sorry couler? This smacks of a scam. I’d be preparing a response which includes her signing a denial of receipt for the couriers and mention of Action Fraud.

I think you should reiterate that you are following it up with Hermes and that the Police may be in touch if it turns out there was any kind of theft.

The customer still has a received 2 free blankets and gotten away with making multiple false accusations.
I’m minded to send a strongly worded letter, if only to put them off into repeating this type of fraud.
