Black background on main photo
Hi,
i try to create a new listing and i would like a black background on the main photo as it’s an LED product. I have seen that many other products in the same category have black background in the main photo but when i put such a photo , the system indicates suppressed listing. How can i do that please? Any idea?

Amazon’s rules are that the main image must have a pure white background. Some sellers seem to get away with images that don’t comply with that rule (at least for a while) but it looks like you are unlucky and will have to change yours

A while mean over a year? Most of the sellers that are selling led dog collars have black backgrounds with dogs … how is that possible though?
