Anyone else having problems with shipments?
Good morning everyone.
I started selling on Amazon on January and I’ve only ever done FBA.
I ship my products from Spain to the UK and they usually take 5 business days.
Lately I’ve been having a lot more problems with the shipments (less/more units received than what I sent) but they always arrived within 5-6 business days.
I sent this particular shipment on the 14th (to MAN2) and it still has not been delivered. The shipping information looks weird and it just stops updating on the 22nd.
I’ve tried contacting UPS and Amazon and didn’t get any information. Does anyone have any clue what I can do?

@PMA funny you should mention this topic, i currently stock waiting to clear in the Manchester depots, totals up to nearly a full pallet has been stuck since the 14th of may, every other depot received the rest of that particular inwards shipment even Bristol depot ,so it appears that Manchester depots appear to be the current backlog depots, hope this helps

Hi, I have had the same problem. I have sent two shipments in recently one last week and one yesterday and not all stock showing as received only partial units…the rest of the stock seems to be in limbo. A little frustrating but help desk have said all is ok just need to be patient… I am trying to be :)!

I usually get BHX4 for everything, but in the last couple of weeks others have started turning up, until finally today, MAN1 has reared its head again.
I had an absolute nightmare with a shipment to this centre last year and Amazon were beyond useless in sorting it out. I swore then that I would never use this centre again. That plan was deleted. I’ve remade it a couple of times since and now I’m being offered MAN3, which I’ve never used before, but I’m wary of. Anyone got any recent experience of it?

Yes… Normally all our stuff goes to BHX4 and is booked in and sent out to the other FC’s within 72 hours… Everything is now going to Manchester and is taking about 10 - 14 days to be checked in…

Beggar that. I’ll keep deleting the plans when the MANs pop up then. I’ve otherwise been getting BRS, LCY and EUK and they don’t seem too bad. Not as good as BHX4 though.

I’ve been doing alright with BRS1 too. After about 5 deletes and resets yesterday, I finally got EDI4.

Yes lots and lots of issues. Mine usually involve LTN4.
Also everybody should be checking ‘inventory adjustments’ reports as fulfilment centres are losing insane amounts of stock at the moment. In some cases they are losing more than I’m shipping which is…interesting.

I sent 4 boxes to BHX 21st May, the last tracking says out for delivery 22nd and nothing since
despite booking with UPS through Amazon - they are not interested
