What to do when reporting a violation doesnt work?
So there is a seller in one of our categories where 90% of the reviews are from another product, and they have a thousand plus from this product, artificially inflating their review count.
It is clear that the images or reviews on most of them, especially the Spanish review, are from another product.
With all these fake reviews, They have become the top seller in our category. We did report them but always got an automated answer from Amazon that said they found no violation.
We then contact Seller Support, and Seller Support points us back to the violation reporting tool that automatically sends us an email saying there is no violation to be reported.
What course of action do we have to protect our businesss and amazon customeragainst cheaters that blatantly have 1000 review violations on the listing?

Hello @Seller_BqlJjRTMneMeg,
This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!
I understand your frustration with the situation you've described. The Report a Violation tool is indeed the correct channel for reporting such issues. This tool is designed to collect detailed information about potential policy violations, including those related to customer reviews.
I can assure you that every report submitted through this tool is reviewed by our team. While I cannot comment on the specifics of other sellers' accounts, I want to emphasize that our investigators thoroughly examine each case based on the information provided.
If you believe your previous reports didn't capture all the necessary details, I encourage you to submit a new report with as much specific information as possible. This could include:
1. The ASIN(s) in question
2. Specific examples of reviews that appear to violate our policies
3. Any additional evidence you have to support your claim
You can access the Report a Violation tool here: Report a violation
If you've already provided comprehensive information and still believe the issue hasn't been adequately addressed, you may want to consider the following:
1. Ensure you're selecting the most appropriate violation type when submitting your report.
2. If the issue persists, you can submit a new report after a reasonable period, as marketplace conditions and seller behaviors can change over time.
We take all reports of policy violations seriously, as they help us maintain a fair and trustworthy marketplace for all sellers and customers.
Thank you for your diligence in this matter. If you have any further questions about the reporting process, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best regards,
Josh
