Loss of buy box and featured offers account wide

We have lost almost all of our buy box and featured offers in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing this has led to a 50% reduction in sales volume and value.

The loss has occurred on competitive listings but also on listings where we are the only seller and also on listings where we are brand exclusive. The buy box has either become suppressed on listings where we were the only seller or the buy box is given to a higher priced competitor on listings with multiple sellers.

Obviously this doesn't make sense. We have quite a large account with over 4 years of selling. Our account health and all other metrics are in good standing. Our EU sales have not been affected - only UK.

Such a drop in sales puts the business at risk as we have significant overheads. Any ideas?

you’re not the only one.. unfortunately this is happening to a lot of sellers at the moment.. we’re also at significant risk it’s happening to lots of people. It’s ridiculous. No help or no support either..

for us the issue started on the 15th July then reverted back to normal for 3.5 days now it’s happened again.. no explanation no help and support

I am having the exact same issue, good account health and Metrics, I did miss a few business invoices last week though by 2 days but surely they wouldn’t take 1000s of buy boxes because of that.

Can you let me know if you find a solution to this please?!
