Sell Through Rate

Can someone please explain the Sell through rate on FBA dashboard. In very basic (idiot) terms please!

It changes daily without any sales being made, jumps from red to green and back again for no apparent reason.

I’m so confused, i get stock rready to send FBA and suddenly the sell through rate is way down in the red - so i don’t send and it’s run out!

Thank you kindly

Its the amount of units you have sold over a 90 day period divided by the AVERAGE units in stock over those 90 days.

so for example.

You sell 100 units in 90 days.

Todays stock you have 30 left in amazon.
30 days ago you had 60 units at amazon
60 days ago you had 80 units at amazon
90 days ago you have 90 units at amazon

That’s a total of 90+80+60+30 = 260 then divide that over the averages they have taken (4 average in total) = 65
100/60 = 1.6*
So your sell through rate would be 1.6

Amazon do this with complete total of sales over all your products / complete total of stock in FBA.

Hope thats clear?
Kind Regards,
Elliot
