Listing Images not updating (Brand Owner)

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to update the listing images but it isn't taking effect. We have tried it for 2 products and neither is updating.

Images on one of these listings were submitted over 36 hours ago.

Has something changed or is anyone else facing a similar issue?

UPDATE: In case someone is going through the same issue and just like us get no support from the 'support team' as usual, we managed to find a solution ourselves.

After trying to change the images for a week without any success, we tried to upload one image at a time and saved it e.g. we changed the image 1 on the listing > saved it > A few minutes later uploaded the second image > save it and so on and it worked.

I would like emphasise here (Which will make no difference whatsoever) that support team was not helpful and was giving robotic replies as usual.
