Same product, different packaging
I just bought a few packs of marvel branded tooth brushes to get ungated in marvel. I've just realised that the packaging is different to the ASIN on amazon but the product inside is the exact same. Can i still sell under the same listing or do i need to add a variation/new product? The product I am selling has a different barcode than the one on Amazon but they are basically the exact same product apart from the packaging is slightly different.
The blue packaging is the one sold on Amazon. The green packaging is the one I currently have.

Different Packaging and Different Barcode means it is not the same product.
The products also differ as the top circular bit has a different picture on it as well.
You may get away with it but 1 complaint could have the ASIN blocked for you and your account health impacted or possibly even deactivated.
It should really be a new ASIN on Amazon and you should list under that ASIN.

These type of toothbrushes really bring me back though, I think I had a Spider-Man tooth brush. I remember when I young I would go absolutely mental if I couldn't get Billy Bear Ham, ho ho those were the days!
