Brand Registry with Foreign Trademark
Hello,
We're a Japanese company looking to register a brand a brand with a trademark filed through the JPO. Since our company name is registered on the mark in Japanese and with the suffix Co., LTD. I'm getting rejected by brand registry when trying to use the English name of the company. Because "The brand name you entered, does not match the trademark name, Confirm the brand name submitted on your Brand Registry application matches the trademark text."
For example, I entered "Nanchara" when the trademark name is written "なんちゃら株式会社" (Nanchara Co., LTD, in English).
I feel like Amazon wont want me to have a brand name written in Japanese, but also including the Co., LTD. seems pointless. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Or do I just need to get some IP with the English name on it?
Thanks for reading and in advance for advice!

Hi @Seller_1eFO0VDhDouVB,
My name is Dougal and I am hoping I can provide some additional guidance that you will find helpful for your Brand Registry enrollment application.
Here is the Brand Registry Enrollment guidelines for Japan. I hope this will help identifying any gaps in your application.
If you provide the case ID, I would be happy to review your application and see if there is anything I can find.
Best, Dougal
