Regarding LOW VTR for ICS COURIER
Does anyone know which courier I type into the 'Add Tracking' section of amazon order fulfillment when using ICS Courier? I used OTHER option and then gave ICS COURIER name. But after a month i received an Email and saw my VTR rate is below 15%. How do i improve this rate too?

ICS is not an Amazon integrated courier, since you used the OTHER option, that is why your VTR rate is below 15%. You can only use ICS up to 5% of your shipments per tracking period, because you have to keep your VTR% above 15%.
You have to pick a courier in the drop down list other than "Other" to have valid tracking.
You'll have to start shipping using an Amazon integrated tracking courier, and hope your rate starts rising in time back up to above 95% before Amazon suspends you.
