Application Approved...then Rejected. Not accepting new applications? Transfer listing to Amazon...
My Handmade application was approved within hours last month but a few days later I received an email saying I was "no longer eligible to sell in the Amazon Handmade store [because it was] determined that [I am] not meeting the requirements..." (I'm still baffled as to why not.) The email went on to basically say I could reapply but I'm not sure this would be worthwhile since when I try editing my now inactive listings a message appears that says:
- New, Collectible, Refurbished, Used conditions
- You are not approved to list this product and ***we are not accepting applications at this time.***
Can someone please advise?
Also, if it's not possible to list my items in Handmade is there a way to just list the items in regular Amazon without having to re-create them? Thank you in advance for any help....

Hi there @Seller_sx2UrxAZxvfED,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your approval into the Handmade Category. In general if you get the message we are not accepting applciations, there is generally no further steps however given your experince I'd like to review to see If there are any other options available.
In order to investigate can you please provide your most recent Case ID on this issue and if possible the Case ID where it was indicated you are not meeting requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
-Glenn
