Brand Registration

I have registered my brand with the IPO and got the registration number. Registering it with Amazon is practically becoming impossible. I keep recieving rejects whereas my brand is simply WORDS and the word is printed on product package.

What’s wrong, amazon ? I have even submitted the form requesting to be contacted by somebody of the brand registration support. Yet, I got nobody. Where do I go from here ?

Why should seller be left alone ?
