Urgent Request for Assistance with Account Activation
Hello,
We are reaching out to seek assistance with an issue regarding our Amazon seller account activation. Despite receiving an email on 8 November confirming that our account has been verified and that we could begin selling, our account remains deactivated, with the status still showing as "evaluation ongoing" since October.
We have tried to get help using the Help button, but we were informed that it is "not the correct channel" for resolving this issue. Unfortunately, this leaves us at a loss as to what steps we should take next to resolve the situation.
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or support on how to proceed. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

verification is in 2 parts - personal id and business id- you probably passed the first stage and now waiting on business id stage.
There are thousands of new sellers applying each week so this takes several weeks to check. You need to keep checking in performance Notifications to see if they have asked for additional info.
There is no way to expedite this. It’s a waiting game,
