Bullet points not showing on listing

I listed a product months ago on Amazon. None of the bullet points are showing on the listings. I have contacted Seller support so many times, but nothing happens. I am told so many different things. They say do a partial update, full update, download an excel templete etc.. I have no idea what any of this means. Really shouldn't be this hard.

Anyway. It turns out (not thanks to Amazon) that whatever infroamtion I input into the Special featue section, is then displayed in the Special feature section AND the Bullet point section. The Amazon system is totllay ignoreing the bullet points I have entered.

Anyone come around this before?
