DELAYED shipments!!!!

Does anyone have this issue??

I sent in a shipment a week ago to Sutton ASHFIELD and now my shipment is being held at UPS as they said Amazon have instructed them to keep it there until further notice. Unfortunately I'm now losing out on sales because of this delay and hoping my next shipment won't have the same issue. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? and how long did it take them to resolve it?

Unfortunately you can't make shipments go quicker especially if they are busy and you just have to be patient as seller support is unable to do anything. If you do not want to miss out on sales, then you could create a different condition on your item and full fill the items yourself. Offering quicker delivery may also help your sales too whilst waiting for the UPS delivery to be checked in.

Once a slot is available for UPS then they will deliver and check your items in.

The process of delivery Is only meant to take a few days, which sometimes is the case however you may find you have to wait weeks before items are delivered.

Been happening to me for almost 3 years now. It takes 4 - 5 days for packages to be delivered. Then another few days for Amazon to mark them as received. Even more lost days for them to open the boxes and receive the stock and then at least a minimum of a week to send it around to all their fullfilment centres. I now factor in that it will take 3 weeks from the date that UPS picks up the boxes I send until they will be available on Amazon and I have to plan accordingly and accept that I will lose out on sales. Ironically they are now penalising you for not having stock at the fulfillment centres so hopefully they will factor in their delays to the calculations

Are you talking about parcels or pallets?

We send most of our products on pallets and they take about two weeks from collection to being available on Prime. If we are running low on a ASIN we ship via UPS parcels. These are much quicker. Generally less than a week from collection to Prime.
