I am not an expert but i highly suggest you to consult the professional to prepare your appeal, I find your appeal quite repetitive and in the appeal blaming the amazon for their service charges in my personal opinion is not a good way to appeal. Keep it short and to the point , Good luck.

Your not going to get forgiven for this one unfortunately, I don't think. It's way too careless on your behalf to use some "software" that created tons of listings that offered products that you don't have or I don't even know what you're saying in your appeal. It sounds extremely unbelievable. My honest opinion is that they won't unlock your account, you are too much of a liability if you dropped the ball that bad. That's just my 2 cents. SO you don't waste time unnecessarily.
