Parent/Child Variations on all listings are unlinked. Help!
How do I go about fixing this? These are not new products or variations. I have been selling these for a couple of years and noticed that they are all separate listings now. This has happened to five parent/child asins. Customer service chat was of no help. Told me I had to create new parent listings and sent me some instructions that seem to be for creating an entirely new parent/child for a new listing.
Can anyone tell me the steps I need to take to link my parent and child asins back without losing any reviews etc?

The same way you linked them in the first place.
Variation wizard is the easiest way in my opinion.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with your variations. If you are not able to use the Variation Wizard to build a variation or if the variation continues to be split it may be that your Variation isn't aligned with Variation Policies. At that point I would recommend you reach out to Seller Support and provide the Case ID here and I will review further. Thank you for you understanding.
