Lost Inventory seems to be an epidemic
Amazon claims their was a problem with this shipment. They claim it it was missing 4 large parts that take up half of the box. In order to ship this box without the parts in it over half the box would have been stuffed with packaging materials. Due to the craziness of shipping costs we pack to the full maximum capacity of the box. We don't ship half empty boxes. Amazon received all the parts, put them into inventory and they were there for days prior to being sent to other fulfillment centers. From their they lost all four parts. This is the 1 of 2 boxes during the same time period that this happened to. I had to provide invoices showing our internal inventory from December through May (DONE) they have all documentation. I have also sent screen shots from their own reports showing it being received and placed into inventory for multiple days. The people that have worked on both of my missing inventory boxes have been terrible.
1. I packed it myself so I know the parts were in there.
2. The box would not have been a shippable box without those parts in there as they take up half the box.
3. They show receiving the parts.
4. They moved the parts to warehouse inventory for several days before disbursement to other fulfillment centers.
This is hundreds of dollars of inventory missing! Not acceptable!!
