Inactive (Out of Stock) with FBA Inventory

As the title would suggest, we have an issue at the moment where our 2 best sellers in the UK and European marketplaces have gone to an inactive (out of stock) status, but have plenty of available inventory.

I have tried a sheet re-upload, closing the listings and re-listing again, converting to merchant and then back to FBA, but nothing works.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hey Jungle, the upload worked.

Go to Catalogue >add products via upload
Downlaod the Update price & quantity spreadsheet.
Populate the SKU - PRICE - FULLFILLMENT-CHANNEL like in the picture

save this as a .txt file and upload into amazon…
mine was fixed within minutes.

Hi Jungle,
exact same problem here… i posted about this earlier and no reply yet.

When i contacted SS they said that they believe it is due to the system thinking i have stock in both FBA and FBM, i am just uploading a .TXT file now to see if the fix they suggested works.
