Cancellation fee reimbursment denied?
Few days ago while trying to ship an order on amazon seller central we were facing some technical error due to which we were not able to ship the order. The screenshot of the technical error is attached.
When we called the seller support regarding this we were assured by seller support that our cancellation fee will be reimbursed, but now they are denying our reimbursement. Also the custom report which is to be generated if there is a scheduling error is not available.
This is horrible, we are facing a loss because for amazons error. . Seller support is only answering the FAQs nothing else. They can't solve such problems.
Technical errors faced by a seller while shipping an order on amazon seller software is not a sellers mistake that you are denying a reimbursement of the cancellation fee.
Kindly look into this.

You r length dimension (100 cm) is beyond easy ship limit, because of this you're unable to send it via ATS. If you want to sell this product, convert it into self ship and ship using personal carriers.

Hi,
The issue you faced was due to package dimensions. Please note the maximum weight is 18 kgs and max package dimension allowed in easy ship is- 70x70x45. It can be seen your one side dimension was 100 due to which you were not able to ship it.

We have also faced the same error a smart move was played and brought up the written mail from seller support team which support us as a solid and valid proof.
