FBM in Europe
Hi everyone,
We are currently selling in UK but we would like to do FBM in European marketplaces as well. Does anyone know if Amazon collects and submit the sales tax to the local authorities (like Amazon does for Ireland) or it’s a procedure that we have to do?

In a word, yes. It all goes under Marketplace Facilitator Tax.

you’ll need to register for EPR in France and Germany too and if your items are your own Brand, and require CE marks, amazon will request to see your labels with EU responsible persons (if FBA)

Yes - with the exception of orders over EUR150 and business buyers where you’ll have to ship DDP.
