Valid Tracking Rate
My account has been delisted as a result of a Valid Tracking Rate lower than 95%. All my orders have been delivered on time, and my account health is 200. I have appealed a half dozen times, and I have spoken with many representatives who inform me to go into detail how I will not let this happen again. I am at my wits end, because I feel like I am confessing to a crime I did not commit, and if I did how do I fix this?
