Authenticity complaint -Account deactivated
Im in the process of writing a plan of action for an authenticity complaint that caused amazon to deactivate my account but seller performance keep rejecting everything I send in. They are asking for more information but I cannot get anymore information as the supplier I purchased the goods from has shut down as this complaint was 4 years ago. Any advice ?

AS they have shut down, its safe to provide this, but was the supplier a wholesaler and a valid supply chain? ie not a retail store?
