I need help with receiving back block listing items to be sent back to my home address. A competitor flag my account for fraud and i provided proper documentation and still be accused of this issue which i have my invoices and documentations. I believe the competitor did this because of my price was little lower than theirs. Is their anything i can do?

If you do not have brand authorized wholesale distributor invoices and a Brand LOA, you will not get your product back, or money paid out...

Surrounding invoice requirements, I would advise reviewing our supply chain standards and invoice requirements pages for more information on accepted information. Depending on the holistic situation, we may even require a letter of authorization from the brand should this be related to a supply chain review or intellectual property complaint.
