Hello its been two days i have been researching in all over seller central looking at all the amazon policys violations that i have violated i have made sure i have been truthful and provide excellent customer service to our customers
To best of my know ledge i di not ciolate any of the codes of coducts
I do not have multiple accounts
I only have 1 account in amazon seller central
Please give me more information how i can prove my innocence
I am 100% truthful and did not vilate any thing please reconsider
please guide what information i can provide as aproof that i DO NOT HAve mire then 1 account i only have single account please help

This violation can occur for many reasons, and Amazon will not tell you what the reason is. It can be things like using the same computer as someone else who has an account. If they tell you what the name of the other account is, sometimes that is a clue. If you post the notice they sent you, that can often help any other sellers who might have suggestions. If anyone ever had an acount that used your IP address, or physical address, or your computer, or used the same supplier, and they got deactivated, these can all do it. Etc.
Have you opened a case with Seller "Support?" If a mod here on the forums would like to assist you, they will ask for the Case ID.
