Hijacker test buy help
Every time I complete a test buy from somebody hijacking my private label, the offending account is gone by the time the test purchase arrives. This leaves me unable to properly report the infringement through Brand Registry.
How can I take care of this? Any time I have tried contact through the report infringement process, it has been extremely unhelpful and discouraging.

If the offending account is gone by the time you want to report it, you might wasnt to consider yourself fortunate that Amazon is sometimes on the ball.

One option you have is to report this through the buyer channels we have available: customer service AND the Report an issue with this product or seller link on the product detail page towards the top!
