FC transfer gaslighting
I have a shippment that has been in FC transfer for over 60 days. No inventory is showing. There is no ledger entry showing the FC transfer completed (just that they arrived at and then left the WBW2 FC). I have called 6 times and the only reply I get is a link to the ledger showing they were received at WBW2 which is not the issue. Seems like Amazon is just trying to not reimbursement and refuse to tell me where the units currently are or the corresponding ledger entry. The units also show not available for prime on the shipments screen. Spoke to captive team, it was transferred to leadership team and nothing. Is Amazon just try to avoid reimbursements. Any advice for this?

@Dominic_Amazon Can I get any help on this. Seem like Amazon just does not want to follow their own FC transfer reimbursement policy.

Hey there @Seller_PDgg65O7hNPLo,
Thanks for taking the time to post, I understand the frustration this has caused.
I'd like to review all of details more closely, are you able to provide me with the Seller Support case ID where you were in contact with the leadership team?

We have had this issue MANY MANY times. The only thing that works is opening a case and insisting every 2-3 days. And if they close that case, open another case.
