willing to pay back the VAT owed to Amazon but mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk does not reply

I haven't received a reply from them for around 4 weeks. I am not established in the UK for VAT purposes and need to pay VAT owed to amazon It says reply should be done within 48 hours. I have over 14 000 GBP blocked on my account and I want to resolve this issue ASAP. Also did anyone manage to pay VAT directly from the disbursements balance on your Amazon account? I have more than enough to pay it from there. The company account doesn't have much money left as I spent lot of cash on new inventory to be prepared for a strong selling season as we head into the year end.
