That's DD +7, that's one piece of scam?

Under the guise of a new payout policy, is Amazon stealing from us? or is it just using our money?

For a month I have sales of 7,000 euros, the balance is at -227 euro and it has been like this for two weeks.

I haven't withdrawn a single euro for a month. I don't see all my money even in deferred payments.

Support does not respond and phone calls are immediately canceled.

We have over a £1100 in deferred payments and looks like it will be a month from the last payment before we see this money, that's if we get it all back from Amazon. This is the final straw for me and have put the shop 'on holiday' rather than give them more of our money to hold on to. After 15 years I think its finally time to close our shop as i feel a non prime small business is not welcome on Amazon any more.

Hello @Seller_BMZLLlGNQSZ4u,

Thank you for participating in our forums, I'm Angie from UK forum team.

I understand you would like clarification on how the new DD+7 policy works.

Funds will be reserved until a shipment has been delivered, plus a standard reserve period, which is 7 days after delivery date. We do this to make sure you have enough fund to cover any refunds, claims or chargebacks for all your orders.

Changes can sometimes be really challenging, and I know it could be frustrating, but as mentioned before, the idea of doing this is to ensure a better service for your buyers.

Here you have the main help page with the FAQ for more information:

Payments based on delivery date
