Why am I getting DAS adjustments on my returns?
At the end of last year I noticed that I was getting DAS fees for all of my returns. I determined that my ZIP code was listed in the DAS list from UPS, so I opened up a PMB at the UPS Store which had a ZIP code not on the list. I just went through my adjustments and found that I'm still getting billed this DAS adjustment fee. I then brought up the 2024 list and found that the same exact day I opened the UPS Store PMB to get around this fee, UPS added their ZIP code to the list, so I shifted to a PMB from the UPS Store for nothing. On top of that, Amazon moderators previously stated that DAS fees are not included in the return label cost, so they shouldn't be getting added as adjustments after the fact, but they still are. Why?

Same here. Amazon seems to not care. Post office is no help. They both point fingers at one another. No one helps. Certainly no one cares about us small business folk

I just noticed I had made a mistype in my original post. It should have read, "Amazon moderators previously stated that DAS fees are NOW included in the return label cost" instead of NOT included. As mentioned before, though, that doesn't seem to really be the case as I am still getting hit for these DAS fees on returns as adjustments.
