I received a notification a week ago that one ASIN contained an invalid FCC ID. I resubmitted the FCC ID and FCC ID certificate to Amazon, but the reply I received still said that my FCC ID was invalid, but my FCC ID certificate is valid and compliant and has not expired.

As you mentioned there seems to have been a request to ensure that the FCC ID information is up to date on your listing. I would ask if you have reviewed our requirements for the FCC ID under our radio frequency emission compliance help page?

There may be some additional requirements depending on a few different factors, which may require additional information in addition to just adding the FCC ID number.

I don't know what else I need to submit to appeal, the listing has been removed by Amazon, and I would really like to talk to someone who can help since it has been over 48 hours since I appealed this decision.
