New A-Z claim super-efficiency?!
I have an A-Z claim today which has apparently been awarded instantly, without my even receiving any notification by email or in my seller account, any communication from the buyer, or any opportunity to defend. First I knew of it was an “A-Z decision made” email in my email account. There is no record of this claim anywhere else, but buyer has been automatically refunded without returning the item. Is this how they work these days?! Doesn’t Amazon at least have to pretend to give me an opportunity to respond?

If you failed to upload tracking at the time of dispatch confirmation, then you automatically lose any “Item not received” A-Z claim.

you’re defeatly right!The item tracking showed has been signed but I still get the A-Z claim “not received” ,
I advise Amazon can add a new function “Logistics tracking display” , that will help buyer and seller .of course that’s will improve the Amazon purchase experience.

Same happened to me, just I had tracking number uploaded in first place. Post takes ages to arrive in France, anytime I send something there, there will be an issue, this time as well, tracking indicates that package arrived in France within 3 days after shipping, and just left there somewhere with no updates for 2 weeks. Amazon just took my money even dough it’s not our fault.
