W-8BEN US Tax form despite being UK seller
Good morning / Afternoon,
I receivently received a notification in my Amazon Seller Central advising I must complete a W-8BEN form despite me being a UK seller.
Has anybody else had this? I just don't want to start filling forms in, especially tax related, that may not be required.
There doesn't seem to be a way around this as my acocunt appears to be somewhat reastricted until I complete it.

What do you see in your Seller Central -> Account info -> Tax information tab?

We have the same notifcation despite being UK citizens and a solely UK business. I have no idea what can of worms I'm opening if I complete the forms and any messages to seller support are useless as they say it's because I applied for a US account, which I absolutely did not. So, what to do?
