25b Pesticide Exemption not being accepted, seller support nightmare loop

(Community managers/mods, please help! Latest case ID: 15332628831)

We have a listing of a 25(b) exempt pesticide product which is exempt from FIFRA regulation. Under EPA regulations in 40 CFR 152.25, our product is 25(b) exempt. We have followed all requirements/guidelines/requests/rules, removed any remotely "triggering" keywords, selected the option in the compliance tab which states the product is exempt, sent the product label and pics to Amazon at their request, and a lengthy detailed POA. Now we seem to be stuck in a loop with seller support or no reply at this point...

This seems to have been be originally an AI flag. Can any mods help, please?

Latest Case #1533262883

@Cooper_Amazon @Topher_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon would any of you be able to assist?

I have looked into the case ID 15332628831 and understand you are working to reactivate this ASIN. The concerned team has requested you provide images as well as other information about your product and, as I can see, you have already replied with the pesticide marking information, registration status, and pesticide certification number. It does appear the team still needs you to provide an ingredient list picture on the listing as well in a case submission alongside the other information you have provided in that case.

Please ensure you have also kept the following information in mind, "If you believe this decision was made in error please review the below checklist before submitting an appeal:

• The product meets all six conditions of the EPA Minimum Risk Pesticides regulation;

• All images submitted for the product labeling including the ingredient list, are clearly visible and images are uploaded to the Image Tool;

• All claims made on the product detail page and images comply with the terms of the product’s market authorization;

• The product meets California Department of Pesticide registrations conditions for minimum risk pesticide exemption."

Please do not hesitate to further reply here and let the community and I know if you need more assistance, as we are here to support you to the best of our ability.

All the best,

Stevie.
