Then we managed to have the shipment brought back to us

How can we cancel the shipment in Amazon now

Hey, I am very sorry but if the shipment was with UPS using Amazons Partnered Courier Program my understanding is that you can only request to cancel and receive a refund within the first 24 hours of creation
