Recently, I received a Section 3 violation for a COSRX product that has never received any customer complaints. This was one of my first Amazon FBA purchases, but I later discovered that Stylevana does not provide VAT invoices. Despite the product being genuine, I’m uncertain if Amazon would accept my invoice, as it lacks the company's VAT information.
So far, my appeal submission includes the transaction record from my bank, order confirmation, invoice, shipping confirmation, and a detailed explanation.
If anyone has any advice or has been through a similar experience, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

I have been hit with a similar section 3 Violation, a product purchased through Stylevana. Everything I have submitted keeps getting rejected. I do not know what to do.

COSRX sell on Amazon themselves and they don't let anyone sell their products except a few sellers.
You must have got an IP complain from COSRX. Next time look at the offer count when analysing a product and see if the offer count suddenly plummets like from 9 seller to 1 in one day. That is an IP complain. Use keepa or seller amp better both.
You definitely need to write a plan explaining why you were wrong(buying from dodgy Stylevana which can only provide a retail invoice that amazon doesn't accept ) and how you are going to do better in the future. I'm not a pro in this though you need to ask someone smart and with experience.
