The Individual seller account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items (eg. books, DVDs, CDs etc), OR do you mean you have the the individual selling PLAN (where you do not pay the £30 a month fee ? - they are different things.

If you are buying goods to sell on for profit you must have an Amazon BUSINESS Seller Account.

DO NOT, whatever you do open another account - you will end up in a mess, with a linked account. It is possible to change your existing account to a Business one - you must be registered with HMRC as self-employed (?sole-trader, you do not need to be a ltd company) and once you have received your UTR you can open a case with Seller Support and ask them to open up the option to add your UTR to your account.
