Amazon closed a listing of ours some months ago citing a 'prohibited item' on the platform (despite the fact many others are selling similar products). I am not bothered about that, I am bothered about the almost £8000 of FBA stock they are sitting on and refusing to release.

I've opened numerous "cases" to retrieve our stock, and had the usual conflicting, nonsensical copy/paste or AI replies.

They have basically stolen our stock, and not for the first time.

I recently served them a Notice Before Action to the Principal Place address in London. They have ignored that, so we need to move to the County Court to pursue the value of the stock, damages and costs, etc. No problem with that either.

However, our lawyers are asking for a legal service email address for Amazon to serve and file at court, and I can't find one. Service by snail mail is somewhat antiquated nowadays. Does anyone have the legal service email address handy?
