Wrong weight on product

hiya

i have listed a product on amazon using the ean number, as the procuct at some point was sold on amazon, however not all the details are correct, ie the item weight is incorrect, packaging size etc are incorrect. Due to this amazon are charging me extremely high fulfilment charges.
how do i change this information as i am unable to add as new product.

item weight is 106g
item weight on the caterlogue is 2.81kg

this is probably why amazon are charging me so much

Just edit the product from your inventory.
If it doesn’t update, then you need to open a case with support.

But you can also ask them cubiscan your item and to weigh it, to get it assigned correctly. (As well as the above, not instead of).

Are you trying to split a multipack?

We recently had a mug suddenly become “oversized”. As it 62cm long. That’s one massive mug and the fulfillment cost was higher than the item sale price. You can edit it yourself but that may not take effect quickly enough.

You need to open a case and get the item re-measured.
