Need a help with reactivating my seller account

Hello,

My seller account has been inactive on Amazon for two months. During this time, I have been trying to reactivate my account but have not had any luck. I uploaded my passport, which I used during my interview with Amazon, as well as my non-biometric passport and National ID, but I still haven't succeeded. I also provided my personal account statement and credit card statement, but to no avail. Furthermore, I uploaded my business bank account statement that is linked to my Amazon account, yet I continue to receive the same email stating that they couldn't verify my identity.

Do you have any ideas on what I should do? I'm exhausted from submitting the reactivation form, and the support team hasn't provided any information on why this is happening to me.
